Advertising data disclosure

This page describes how The Column Space handles advertising data when operating campaigns for our subscription clients.

Scope of use

• We create and manage advertising campaigns for our own subscription clients on the advertising platforms where their campaigns run.
• We retrieve spend and performance reports for those campaigns to power client dashboards and to enforce client-configured spend limits.
• We pause and resume those campaigns when spend limits are reached or lifted.

What we do not do

• No aggregation of data across unrelated client accounts, and no redistribution of advertising data outside the client account it belongs to.
• No use of advertising data for purposes other than operating and reporting on the owning client's campaigns.
