The service

The Column Space provides managed online-marketing subscriptions: campaign operation, landing-page hosting, content publication and AI-assisted campaign management, as described on the products page for the plan you purchase.

Advertising accounts and spend

Client campaigns are operated under The Column Space's advertising-platform manager accounts. Advertising spend is separate from subscription fees and is governed by the spend limits configured in your dashboard; we enforce those limits mechanically but you remain responsible for spend within the limits you set.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via our payment processor. You may cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Provisioned campaigns and pages are wound down at cancellation; your lead data is exported to you on request.

Acceptable use

You warrant your products and content are lawful and comply with the advertising platforms' policies. We may pause campaigns that violate platform policy and will notify you when we do.

Liability

Service is provided with reasonable skill and care; our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for advertising-platform decisions (disapprovals, account actions) outside our control.
