Who we are

The Column Space ("we"), operator of thecolumn.space, provides managed online-marketing services. Contact: hello@thecolumn.space.

What we collect

• Contact submissions: name, email, company, phone and message when you use our contact form.
• Customer account data: login credentials, billing references and subscription state for platform customers.
• Campaign and lead data processed for clients: when we operate marketing funnels on a client's behalf, leads submitted on their landing pages (name, contact details, attribution such as which ad and page produced the lead) are processed for that client as the data controller.
• Advertising performance data: aggregated campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend) retrieved from the advertising platforms, solely to operate and report on our clients' campaigns.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. We do not redistribute advertising-platform data outside the client account it belongs to. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touches our servers.

Retention and your rights

Contact submissions are retained while we correspond with you; customer and lead data for the life of the relevant subscription plus statutory periods. Email hello@thecolumn.space to access, correct or delete your data.

Cookies

The public site uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookies for logged-in customers). We do not run third-party tracking on this site.
